SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative with proven experience selling into medical clinics and hospitals. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of consultative selling to physicians and administrators, understands healthcare workflows and decision cycles, and is comfortable navigating complex organizations. You should be confident presenting technology solutions, skilled at building long-term relationships, and able to translate clinical and operational needs into clear value for our AI-driven products.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with leaders at medical clinics, hospitals, and health systems.

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Vocalaiz’s AI solutions in target markets.

  • Lead discovery calls and product demos, translating clinical and operational needs into clear value.

  • Work closely with the founding team to shape messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through contract signature and handoff.

  • Gather feedback from prospects and customers to inform product roadmap and improvements.

Who You are

  • 3–5+ years of experience selling into medical clinics, hospitals, or health systems.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in healthcare or health tech.

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and how decisions are made in provider organizations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with both clinicians and executives.

  • Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage startup, comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch.
